Great news everyone! Everything is officially at our US warehouse and they have received all inventory into their system! This means we will start fulfillment imminently in North and South America!

California Fires and How They Impact Our Fulfillment
While this is great news for most, we are fully aware of the unfortunate fires in LA. Our team has been affected firsthand as one of our team members lost their home and we know it is not easy for anyone affected. Our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone impacted by these fires and we wish nothing but the best for all involved. A special thank you to all those putting their lives on the line to fight these fires. You inspire us all and are the backbone of our nation in these trying times.
All that to say, we get it. If anyone needs to change their delivery address or needs their order held while they focus on sorting out more important aspects of their lives, we completely understand. Please reach out to us if we can help in any way during these tough times.
As a result of the fires, we plan to fulfill Californian orders last in our US cycle to give the post office time to figure out the logistics. This also gives those affected the time to come to this page when they are ready to worry about more minor things.
International Timeline
As for our fans from the other five continents, things aren't much farther behind. Some items have already arrived at our partner GamesQuest's warehouse in the UK! The rest should soon follow in the coming weeks. We aim to start fulfilling orders outside of North and South America next month!

This is our first update of the month and we plan to start posting updates at least every 2 weeks throughout the project's fulfillment. Outside of those communications, we will of course be active in the comments, KS DMs, and our Contact Us page to help everyone get things sorted as needed!

Boats Are on the Move and Goods Are Arriving! What Does That Mean For Next Steps?

Hello Friends,
Welcome to the December 2024 update! As the title of the update implies, things are heating up and we will see things arrive at our warehouses soon. Woohoo!
Games Have Landed in the US!
Things are on boats and are moving along well! In fact, the board games already left the docks and will officially be arriving at the warehouse this week!
Following behind the games is the merchandise. Their current ETA to the US fulfillment center is the final week of December. From there, shipping will begin for North and South America in January!
Things are on Their Way to Our International Hubs!
On a similar note, things are also on their way to the international hubs! Given the complexity of international shipping, getting everything where it needs to be and prepping the orders for international transit, international orders are going to take a bit more time. Due to this, orders going to anywhere outside of North and South America will begin to ship in February.
The good news is that no matter where your order is coming from, it should get out of the door of our fulfillment centers quickly once we start shipping. Our fulfillment partners have plenty of capacity to fulfill on their ends. We're simply measuring twice and cutting once in preparation for import and export. That brings us to our final point of this update...
Backerkit Will Lock in the New Year!
It's happening!!!! We will be locking all things Backerkit, most notably addresses, on January 6th. After that point, any changes to addresses or order contents will need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis and won't be guaranteed. Please be mindful of this deadline and try your hardest to have our survey wrapped up in a neat little bow before it.

It’s been a little while, and we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to bring you an update on Strange Nightmares! Welcome to the November 2024 edition.
First, let’s talk about the journey of this game. We’ve poured two years of meticulous effort into crafting an experience that we’re incredibly proud of. Every detail, from the gameplay mechanics to the quality of each component, has been polished to ensure it meets our highest standards. Our goal has always been to deliver not just a game but an exceptional experience that’s truly worth the wait.
To give you the latest timeline:
Manufacturing Begins: Done! Manufacturing Finishes: Next week! Everything Arrives: January 2025 Shipping Begins: January 2025
While we aimed to have these shipped out before the holidays, some necessary steps in production took longer than expected. We’ve explored every option to expedite delivery, including air-freighting and separate shipments, both at considerable costs to us. However, with peak holiday traffic and port congestion, even those measures wouldn’t guarantee delivery in time for the season. Rather than risking delays and splitting shipments, we’re opting to ship everything together in early January to ensure seamless and timely fulfillment.
We genuinely apologize for this final delay. As a token of our commitment, we’re excited to share photos of some completed merchandise to showcase the quality we’ve achieved. We hope these snapshots highlight why we believe this game is worth the wait.

Welcome to the August 2024 Strange Nightmares Update! Lots to show off this time around!
Timeline
No major timeline updates in terms of fulfillment this time around thankfully. We are working to expedite the shipping end of things to stick to our last timeline update and ensure we get things heading out the door in time for the holidays. We are still on track for November of this year, it is just looking closer to late November now instead of the mid-November we were hoping for.
The minorly updated timeline is as follows:
Manufacturing begins: Done! Manufacturing completes: October 2024 Games arrive: November 2024 Shipping begins: Late November 2024
Perfection takes time, but we are rounding the corner as we march ever forward to fulfill 3 months from now :)
Sal and Pals went to Gen Con!!
We brought our pre-production copies to Gen Con and had them available to play for everyone who stopped by! We saw plenty of Sal Cosplays (and one Larry cosplay that absolutely killed it) at the booth. It is always absolutely incredible to see the passion from everyone for Sally Face the video game, and the board game was no exception as everyone who played had an amazing time :)

Timeline Update, QoL changes for Strange Nightmares, and More Merch Updates!

Hello Friends,
Timeline
We regrettably need to push the fulfillment timeline back one final time to account for some final edits that are being made to the game to perfect it. While we could push print on the games as is, it would not align with our core value of producing nothing but the best for our fans. While this is understandably upsetting, this final pushback will allow us to make all of our necessary changes in time to get everyone an amazing game for the holidays!
The updated timeline is as follows:

Like Steve has said previously on Instagram, everything surrounding the project is going well. These things just take time. The game (and all of the merch coming with it) is going to be absolutely amazing and we are very excited to see everyone play it later this year!

Figures take a LONG time to create from start to finish so this moment is a bit surreal to us. Everything has started to coalesce into proper physical products and soon we will see them in all of their colorful glory!
New Sally Face Dice Roller Design
We have been hard at work behind the scenes after you all voted to change the dice roller rather than cancel the item. After some brainstorming and some input from Steve, we have designed something fun that fits in well. Please see our new design below :)
