Hello Friends, 

Fulfillment is 99% Complete 

We are thrilled to share that fulfillment is now 99% complete! As of today, we have officially shipped out packages to all but 8 backers. These remaining backers (along with any late survey respondents) will have their orders fulfilled in small waves every Monday for the foreseeable future to ensure no one is left behind. 

If you have not received tracking for your pledge by March 3rd, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page so we can take a closer look at your pledge. 

Proposed Solution for Game Issues 

We recognize that a printable PDF is not an ideal solution for everyone, but in the short term, it is the fastest way to provide immediate corrections while we collect comprehensive community feedback. 

If you haven’t already, please fill out this form to share any issues you’ve spotted so we can ensure they are fully addressed. This process will take time, as we carefully review all of your input. After gathering feedback, we will work closely with the game’s designer and Steve to meticulously refine the files, ensuring every correction is accounted for. Once the files are finalized, we will:

  • Provide a printable PDF with all corrections for immediate fixes.
  • Send the files to our manufacturing partner to produce physical replacements.
  • Keep you informed every step of the way regarding how and when physical fixes will be distributed.

We hear you, and your feedback is invaluable. Your passion for this game and Sally Face means the world to us, and we are fully committed to ensuring this game gets the love and attention it deserves—both now and in the future.

International Fulfillment Has Started and We Hear You on Game Issues

Hello Friends,

International fulfillment has begun!!!

Fulfillment has officially begun for our backers outside of North and South America and is already 33% done! At our current pace, everyone who filled out their survey before our set deadline should have their tracking number by the end of next week :)

What if I don't have my tracking number by then?

If you don't receive your tracking by then it means one of two things, either you haven't filled out your survey correctly OR you did not complete your survey before our cutoff date. In either case, once the international shipping wave is done, we will go back to any remaining orders and work to get them out the door in early March! Keep an eye on your email in the coming days for either a tracking number or an email from us trying to sort things out!

Known Game Issues

We have been made aware of a few issues with this printing of the game and want to take the time to thank you all for reaching out to us and giving us all your feedback. Here are the common issues we have noted from community feedback:

  1. In Story 1, the Story card says if you reach corruption 20 you should go to story card 18, but it should be 19. This same card says if win go to 19, but it should be 20.
  2. In Story 2, the Story card says if you reach corruption 20 you should go to story card 17, but it should be 18. This same card says if win go to 18, but it should be 19.
  3. Story 3 missing text directions to place finale cards
  4. Location ability artwork does not currently match floor backgrounds for floors 1-4 in stories 1-3
  5. Some more minor errors like extra standee stands

If you noticed issues outside of the above, please fill out THIS GOOGLE FORM. We are collating all feedback and plan to provide a PDF printable sheet that addresses these issues for anyone who owns a first-edition copy of the game. Future printings of the game will be perfected thanks to everyone's input!

North and South America Fulfillment is 99% Complete! International Fulfillment Still On Track for February!

Hello Friends,

North and South American Fulfillment

Great news everyone! We are 99% complete for our North and South American orders! The couple dozen remaining orders will be looked at one by one to see what is holding them up, but everything has gone smoothly for our US fulfillment partner!

International Fulfillment

For our friends across the various ponds (Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa), we are still on pace for everything to start fulfilling next month. As of yesterday, everything has cleared customs and should reach our UK warehouse in the next week or so!

FAQs

 Now for some Frequently Asked Questions:

I ordered outside of the USA and I was charged for duties and taxes. Why?

All of our shipments outside of the US in North and South America are duties and taxes unpaid so you will indeed need to pay the tax man above arrival!

As for our friends in Europe, your items will be shipped out Duties and Taxes Pre-Paid!

I didn't get the tattoos in my freebie pack. Why?

For those who missed it, the temporary tattoos unfortunately had to be cut from the freebie pack due to time constraints. If this is the first you've heard of this, our manufacturer was having difficulties with the tattoos for a variety of reasons, and at the end of the day we did not want to push this campaign's fulfillment anymore so we cut it loose and went full speed ahead!

Something arrived in my pledge damaged, Help!

Well, that's more of a statement than a question but we've got you covered anyway! For any inquiries about damaged or missing items, please reach out via our Contact Us page here: https://maestromedia.com/pages/contactus

Please be patient with us. We are currently working through an influx of tickets but we will get yours addressed as soon as we can!

I live across one of the ponds, can I still change my address?

The benefit of later fulfillment is more time to correct your address! This is one of the final calls, so please, if you are an international backer, take the time to confirm that your address is correct. If it isn't, let us know and we will get it fixed for you!

US Timeline

Great news everyone! Everything is officially at our US warehouse and they have received all inventory into their system! This means we will start fulfillment imminently in North and South America!

California Fires and How They Impact Our Fulfillment

While this is great news for most, we are fully aware of the unfortunate fires in LA. Our team has been affected firsthand as one of our team members lost their home and we know it is not easy for anyone affected. Our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone impacted by these fires and we wish nothing but the best for all involved. A special thank you to all those putting their lives on the line to fight these fires. You inspire us all and are the backbone of our nation in these trying times.

All that to say, we get it. If anyone needs to change their delivery address or needs their order held while they focus on sorting out more important aspects of their lives, we completely understand. Please reach out to us if we can help in any way during these tough times.

As a result of the fires, we plan to fulfill Californian orders last in our US cycle to give the post office time to figure out the logistics. This also gives those affected the time to come to this page when they are ready to worry about more minor things.

International Timeline

As for our fans from the other five continents, things aren't much farther behind. Some items have already arrived at our partner GamesQuest's warehouse in the UK! The rest should soon follow in the coming weeks. We aim to start fulfilling orders outside of North and South America next month!

This is our first update of the month and we plan to start posting updates at least every 2 weeks throughout the project's fulfillment. Outside of those communications, we will of course be active in the comments, KS DMs, and our Contact Us page to help everyone get things sorted as needed!

Boats Are on the Move and Goods Are Arriving! What Does That Mean For Next Steps?

Hello Friends,

Welcome to the December 2024 update! As the title of the update implies, things are heating up and we will see things arrive at our warehouses soon. Woohoo!

Games Have Landed in the US!

Things are on boats and are moving along well! In fact, the board games already left the docks and will officially be arriving at the warehouse this week!

Following behind the games is the merchandise. Their current ETA to the US fulfillment center is the final week of December. From there, shipping will begin for North and South America in January!

Things are on Their Way to Our International Hubs!

On a similar note, things are also on their way to the international hubs! Given the complexity of international shipping, getting everything where it needs to be and prepping the orders for international transit, international orders are going to take a bit more time. Due to this, orders going to anywhere outside of North and South America will begin to ship in February.

The good news is that no matter where your order is coming from, it should get out of the door of our fulfillment centers quickly once we start shipping. Our fulfillment partners have plenty of capacity to fulfill on their ends. We're simply measuring twice and cutting once in preparation for import and export. That brings us to our final point of this update...

Backerkit Will Lock in the New Year!

It's happening!!!! We will be locking all things Backerkit, most notably addresses, on January 6th. After that point, any changes to addresses or order contents will need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis and won't be guaranteed. Please be mindful of this deadline and try your hardest to have our survey wrapped up in a neat little bow before it.
