Hello Investigators,
The mass production sample of the patch pack has made it to our team! We have approved it with changes and have taken the images below to share with you all! No longer shall the Addison Apartments confuse and befuddle us (well, any more than they should anyway).
The blank one is where another sticker correction should go. This will be resolved before everyone gets these!
With this, we will now officially begin manufacturing the pack. We anticipate manufacturing will be completed by the 22nd. From there, we will work to get these to our fulfillment center and out to you all! To that end, please fill out this Google Form with up-to-date shipping info to receive your pack free of charge.
Thank you all for collaborating with us on this and for your patience as we worked to get the pack ready. We are excited to get this out and ensure that Strange Nightmares lives up to everyone's expectations as a fantastic game and a worthy addition to the series.

Patch Pack Files Are Officially Submitted!

Hi Friends,
Pre-Production Patch Pack Samples Begin Next Week!
Long time no see! We are excited to share with you that the final files have been officially submitted to our manufacturer, and we are working on getting pre-production copies to both ourselves and Steve.
The preproduction samples should start printing next week and from there we just need to get them shipped overseas, approved by all, and then we can start printing en masse!
Once everyone has approved the pre-production samples, we will work out (and post) our shipping timeline. Alongside this shipping timeline, we will release the Google Form to sign up to receive the patch pack free of charge.

Digital Files Available for Game Patch Cards and Physical Fixes Update

Hello Friends,
Digital Patch Files are Ready!
We are happy to share with you all the patch files for the game. These are formatted to be printed out double-sided,in color, and are best printed on cardstock. These cards aredirect replacements for the error cards. Instructions on what cards you need to replace these with are as follows:
Iconography of all Ghost of Character cards and some wording for Ghost of Character cards updated - swap old Ghost of cards for new cards
All Floor Ability Card graphics for Stories 1-3 updated - Swap old Floor Ability Cards for new cards
Iconography on Dark Pony and Necrolight updated- swap old Dark Pony and Necrolight for new cards
Rune Color for Nightmare Deck version of "Lost" card updated - Swap the old Lost card for the new card
To avoid spoilers, cards are not named, but cards 18 and 20 of story 1 are updated - Swap old cards with new cards
To avoid spoilers, cards are not named, but cards 3, 16, 17, and 19 of story 2 are updated - Swap old cards with new cards
To avoid spoilers, the card is not named, but card 19 of story 3 is updated, swap the old card with the new card
You can access the revised cards in the print-and-play file here! Thank you, everyone, for your patience while we worked to revise the cards based on your feedback.
In addition to the card fixes, we made very minor graphical tweaks to the solo mode sheet and rulebook. While we won't reprint these, we will provide the files here and upload them to boardgamegeek.com for easy reference should you want to make use of them!
We are currently in the process of providing these final files to our manufacturer. As the mistakes were ours and ours alone, we want to re-confirm that no one will be charged for this "patch pack".
We will post a timeline for production and delivery of this pack as well as provide a Google Form to fill out with your current address information and backing email to receive the pack in our next update! In the meantime, we are excited to be one step closer to making these fixes and doing right by everyone who supported our campaign.
A very special thank you to Steve who has worked hand-in-hand with us in reviewing these cards to ensure accuracy. He is not only the creator of Sally Face, but also a great partner of ours. Fulfillment is 99% Complete and a Steps to Make Game Errors Right

Fulfillment is 99% Complete
We are thrilled to share that fulfillment is now 99% complete! As of today, we have officially shipped out packages to all but 8 backers. These remaining backers (along with any late survey respondents) will have their orders fulfilled in small waves every Monday for the foreseeable future to ensure no one is left behind.
If you have not received tracking for your pledge by March 3rd, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page so we can take a closer look at your pledge.
Proposed Solution for Game Issues
We recognize that a printable PDF is not an ideal solution for everyone, but in the short term, it is the fastest way to provide immediate corrections while we collect comprehensive community feedback.
If you haven’t already, please fill out this form to share any issues you’ve spotted so we can ensure they are fully addressed. This process will take time, as we carefully review all of your input. After gathering feedback, we will work closely with the game’s designer and Steve to meticulously refine the files, ensuring every correction is accounted for. Once the files are finalized, we will:
Provide a printable PDF with all corrections for immediate fixes.
Send the files to our manufacturing partner to produce physical replacements.
Keep you informed every step of the way regarding how and when physical fixes will be distributed.

International Fulfillment Has Started and We Hear You on Game Issues

Hello Friends,
International fulfillment has begun!!!
Fulfillment has officially begun for our backers outside of North and South America and is already 33% done! At our current pace, everyone who filled out their survey before our set deadline should have their tracking number by the end of next week :)
What if I don't have my tracking number by then?
If you don't receive your tracking by then it means one of two things, either you haven't filled out your survey correctly OR you did not complete your survey before our cutoff date. In either case, once the international shipping wave is done, we will go back to any remaining orders and work to get them out the door in early March! Keep an eye on your email in the coming days for either a tracking number or an email from us trying to sort things out!
Known Game Issues
We have been made aware of a few issues with this printing of the game and want to take the time to thank you all for reaching out to us and giving us all your feedback. Here are the common issues we have noted from community feedback:
In Story 1, the Story card says if you reach corruption 20 you should go to story card 18, but it should be 19. This same card says if win go to 19, but it should be 20.
In Story 2, the Story card says if you reach corruption 20 you should go to story card 17, but it should be 18. This same card says if win go to 18, but it should be 19.
Story 3 missing text directions to place finale cards
Location ability artwork does not currently match floor backgrounds for floors 1-4 in stories 1-3
Some more minor errors like extra standee stands
If you noticed issues outside of the above, please fill out THIS GOOGLE FORM. We are collating all feedback and plan to provide a PDF printable sheet that addresses these issues for anyone who owns a first-edition copy of the game. Future printings of the game will be perfected thanks to everyone's input!
